How does the recruitment process at Custommerce work?

Here's what you can expect:

Application

You send us your CV for the selected job offer. Make sure your application includes all necessary documents and clauses. We carefully analyze all applications and contact only selected candidates.

Phone Interview

If we think your application matches the candidate profile, we will contact you and schedule a longer phone interview. We will tell you about our company and the tasks awaiting the position you applied for. You can expect questions about your experience and career development plans, as well as a recruitment task.

In‑Person Meeting

The next step in Custommerce's recruitment process is a meeting with the direct supervisor. We will invite you to our office in Poznań for a conversation, during which we will discuss ongoing projects. We will provide feedback on your recruitment task, discuss your experience, and answer your questions.

Job Offer

After 2 weeks from the meeting (or much sooner!), we extend a job offer to the selected candidate. We then finalize the details for joining the team, such as exact dates, necessary documents, and other important matters. We inform other candidates about the end of the recruitment process.
