Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees the project, ensuring smooth coordination, ongoing communication with the client, and acting as an intermediary between you, the distributor, and the project team.

The Project Manager's tasks also include:

  • preparing action schedules
  • verifying materials and filling in missing elements
  • completing product distribution for individual stores
  • updating the status of the Rich Content product cards

The Project Manager is also responsible for responding to your ongoing needs and issues related to the project, preparing summary reports of completed work, organizing and leading status meetings, ongoing collaboration with distributors, checking the correctness of implementations, and coordinating work to fix any errors on the cards.

Content/SEO Specialist

The Content/SEO Specialist is responsible for tasks such as developing the information architecture on the card.

The content specialist's tasks also include:

  • creating benefit-oriented content
  • collecting content from client materials
  • translating content from English to Polish
  • competitor analysis and SEO keyword research
  • paraphrasing content, i.e., preparing alternative content for stores that require it

The Content/SEO Specialist is also responsible for preparing comparison tables, making ongoing changes to the content or layout of the card. The content specialist works closely with the graphic department and the Project Manager to deliver Rich Content product cards that meet your expectations.

UX/UI Graphic Designer

Creating the creative concept and dedicated graphic design is the task of an experienced UX/UI Graphic Designer. The designer also creates the necessary graphics and animations, assets for other cards, and videos.

Other tasks of the graphic designer include:

  • adapting submitted graphic materials to design principles
  • searching for external graphic materials to use in projects when there is an insufficient amount of material
  • making changes to existing projects and preparing new designs from scratch
  • editing graphic elements for the project's needs – removing backgrounds, photo retouching, adding or removing elements on photos/graphics
  • exporting graphic assets prepared for developers to assemble the cards in HTML

The graphic designer is also responsible for adapting the template for a specific product – replacing graphic elements for individual products, including product photos (packshots), arrangement photos, backgrounds, icons, and other elements appearing on the card that change per category.

Web Developer

The Web Developer is responsible for assembling the cards into HTML format – preparing the cards to display correctly in different stores according to their technical specifications.

The Web Developer's tasks also include:

  • code validation (code in line with W3C guidelines)
  • checking the code for correct use of components and SEO
  • code optimization
  • minifying styles
  • creating interactive animations on the cards
  • handling data aggregation systems and data distribution systems
  • system publication, i.e., maintaining up-to-date files and documentation

Ensuring the correct functioning of the cards for each distributor – preparing templates with the appropriate width, setting the correct paths, collecting finished card reformats into a collective catalog, and passing them to the Project Manager for implementation, and updating the work status, are also daily tasks for the specialist in this position.
